We deliver to all UK addresses, if you are living outside of the UK, no problem we deliver worldwide. Unfortunately, we cannot offer delivery to PO boxes.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
If you’re out when we try to deliver, the driver will return your parcel to the depot. A card will be left explaining where your parcel is and what to do next. Often you can arrange for an alternative delivery time or arrange collection yourself.

Just send the products back to Homeopathy Express, Returns department, Natural Mart Ltd, Kingsbury House, 468 Church Lane, London, NW9 8UA, United Kingdom. Please obtain proof of postage. This should be kept in a safe place in case you need to claim compensation from the carrier.
We aim to process all returns within a few days of receipt at our warehouse. You’ll get an email from us when the refund goes through. Credit card and PayPal refunds can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to appear on an online statement.
